I guess I love my Get Moving catalog. It’s the only place I go to to look for all of my fitness programs. I like to switch things around. Sometimes I get serious with programs like Power 90. Other times I want to stick with something like Turbo Jam and be fun and funky. It just depends on my mood. I guess if I were to follow their programs strictly, I would probably lose weight way faster, but I get distracted easily and I always want to try out new things, so I have several of the programs laying around the house. It has proven itself to be useful, because when I get bored with something, I can simply move on to the next routine. This is now how everyone’s attention span works, but it really is how mine works, so I ma going to stick to it because it works for me.

I was in biology lecture the other day and learned all about the human body and the endocrinology system.
